Mark L. Mitchell became an attorney after a fifteen year career in
the pharmaceutical industry. During his career, Mark served as a
corporate Vice President for two national pharmaceutical distribution
companies and was charged with the negotiation and implimentation of
pharmaceutical distribution contracts with large, national hospital
group purchasing organizations. Mark is also a licensed California
Real Estate Broker.
Relying on his extensive contract background and knowledge of real
estate, Mark focuses his law practice in general contract matters,
transactional real estate, residential leases, commercial leases,
landlord - tenant disputes and consumer law.
Mark is also works closely with Gizzi & Reep, LLC partner Scott Reep in a variety of general civil litigation cases.
Marks is a sports enthusiast and spends most of his free time with
his two sons, Tyler and Kyle enjoying snow skiing, water
skiing, mountain biking, tennis and golf. Areas of Practice
